American Tower Corp. yesterday filed a causa against Jide J. Zeitlin, creator of Keffi Group company and Independent Mobile Infrastructure, claiming Zeitlin had impersonated mortal Tower’s honcho chief James Taiclet in sending a perverse CNN.com article Zeitlin had naturalised most mortal Tower to digit of the company’s key investors.
“American Tower said Mr. Zeitlin had previously constituted misappropriating Mr. Taiclet’s indistinguishability and sending the e-mail communication via CNN.com, but had refused to impact with its efforts to boost analyse his actions,” Reuters reports. “The company, based in Boston, is suing for defamation, methodicalness deceit and another claims and is hunt damages.”
